What are the best Minecraft Optifine settings (FPS Boost)?

I want to get as much FPS as possible, of course, that you can still play, so not everything to the lowest that would be tough, but well, I want the best settings for Minecraft. The best knowledge for each version!

Just download OptiFine, there's no better fps boost.

Additionally set graphics settings to Fast, low render distance, shadows and particles, deactivate clouds.
