Why so few FPS PC games?

I grab myself now fast and as understandable as possible.

Graphics card: AMD Radeon

Processor: core i5 8th Gen

GB Ram: 8gb

My games have very little FPS and are as good as unplayable.

Games like APEX or Fortnite, both as Minecraft and LOL have consistently less than 50 FPS. Fortnite comes just to the 20. My question is why they have so little FPS and if it is normal with my "setup" so depends.

Could you pick your hardware a little more carefully?

The radeon 520 is hardly better than an iGPU (the intel HD which is integrated in the processor.) So that hardly a game will run smoothly. Try to reduce the resolution to 720p and all details to minimum so that you could reach stable 30fps

For some games you can limit the fps to 30. If that works then try that because it is often more fluent than without limit, if you only reach 30 fps anyway
