Transfer Minecraft account to another computer?

I got a new Mac for free. So far I've always played on my mum's, but now I want to upload my account to the new one. (How does it work? (Minecraft can also be deleted from my mother's computer)

Since it is an account that is stored on the servers, all you have to do is log into the Minecraft Launcher on your Mac with the account. Nothing has to be transferred.

If you're signed in to Microsoft and have an account there, you can simply reconnect with it.
