You probably won't get anything smart for the money. I would either save up or buy a used one from eBay Classifieds.

A Medion laptop. My friend had one until recently and you could still play Minecraft on it. But should be enough

Finding a laptop in the price segment is not an easy task. You might find a used PC that can just manage Minecraft with minimal requirements. But it won't be a really great gaming experience…

For school you will definitely find something for the price, but for daddling it will be difficult…
