My entire screen is blurry and everything is big?

I started my computer yesterday as usual, I immediately noticed how everything was distorted and blurred. (see picture) This is of course anything but normal. My font is pixelated and even in the login window everything is strange and warped. Google and games such as Minecraft are pixelated, large and fill the entire screen. I'm getting really desperate because there are no solutions on the Internet.

You have to adjust the resolution.

Right-click on a free space on the desktop and select display settings.

You have to select your screen in the now open window and select the appropriate resolution in the dropdown screen resolution.
