Minecraft parents permission?

I've recently got a new email, which I now want to connect to my Minecraft account. To do this, I have to log on to Minecraft.net and then press Edit account. Then I will be redirected to the Mojang website, and can change my email in theory via "settings". Now it is the mojang that the parents want so that I can access the website. But how? By email or what?

Since you are probably not yet of legal age and have given this either when creating the e-mail or your Mojang account, your parents must enter their e-mail address for data protection reasons or, as a second, enter their e-mail address. As a double protection, so to speak.
The best thing to do is to ask your parents or take another look at the page that says you need a declaration of consent. Surely you can click on any keyword somewhere and it will be explained in more detail.
