Which Minecraft version is best?
I associate the best memories with that…
Java is the only real one. Anyone who thinks another is better has never played Java.
It's great for playing together on different platforms.
Me too, but that wasn't the question.
And that wasn't the answer, it was an explanation.
Has by far the most and most varied modification options and servers and the strongest community. The only good thing about the Bedrock Edition is M.N. Crossplay. Apart from that, apart from a few nice features, mostly reserved for the PC version, such as ray tracing, the version is still very immature in terms of its functions and possibilities. I find the console versions of the Bedrock Edition almost like a 1: 1 mobile port that is hardly tailored to consoles. I play Bedrock on the switch with the lowest graphic settings and it is very poorly optimized there: the menu is extremely jerky, chunks sometimes take a disproportionately long time to load, when you switch to the switch menu you are immediately removed from the online server and it takes a relatively long time until you can continue playing and in general the game does not run particularly smoothly and every now and then there are still images for a short time. Even the old Minecraft: Nintendo Switch Edition worked better for me.
Most mods, maps, skins and texture packs are free. You can also play together with the Bedrock Edition via a detour. And the loading times are shorter.
