Sync issues in Minecraft when Vsync is off?

Hi

I have the following problem that when I play Minecraft and have issued Vsync and e.g. Move my mouse pointer in the settings or also look around in the game with the mouse, for a brief moment such white bars appear on my screen it could be because I'm an AMD Gpu got (Asus Rx 5700xt strix oc). The CPU is a Ryzen 7 2700x also has 16Gb RAM.

I would guess that's because of the graphics driver. Sometimes it helps to use an older version or a beta version.

I installed an old one yesterday, everything is running perfectly
