I have had the problem for a few days that I only have constant 30 FPS in Minecraft. (I have an i5 9300h and a GTX 1650) The FPS lock in the game is off, V-Sync is off and I'm not using the integrated graphics unit of the i5. No matter what I set whether fancy graphics and even V-Sync or render distance of 2, the FPS number does not increase or decrease. I don't have these problems with other games.
What should I do?
Use optifine
As far as I know, Optifine helps to get more out of the components at Minecraft. The problem is that with me it can't be due to the performance and ixh play without optifine and before that I didn't have these problems
Maybe you set the FPS limit to 30, otherwise I can't explain that

I use the latest version I think it is 1.15.1
Does this problem exist in the other versions, or only in 1.15?
If it is just this one version, there will be something to do in the next updates
