Minecraft lies extremely without Vsync?

I only have a 60Hz monitor, which is why I usually play with Vsync, otherwise I get extreme screen tearing. However, I can't play Minecraft with Vsync, otherwise I have a strong input lag. Without Vsync I get 800 FPS every now and then it drops down to 200 FPS. This leads to strong lags because the FPS go up and down all the time.

Ha

You can limit ingame in the settings to 60 fps then they don't always go up and down or stop at 100 as you want

Download the "Rivatuner statistics server", you can then cap your frames and you shouldn't have any more lags!

Ja

I think it's time for a new monitor

But then the lags have nothing to do with the monitor, do they? Screentearing in any case, yes.
