Why doesn't Minecraft Multiplayer work for me?

I bought the Java version of Minecraft today, but I can't access the multiplayer. A message comes up that the multiplayer is switched off and I should check my Microsoft settings. On the Microsoft website I'm always redirected to the same page. What can I do?

Your parents may have some kind of parental controls on.

As far as I know, the Java version does not have such limitations in connection with the Microsoft account.

Maybe I missed the news too. Something was planned with the MC-Java accounts to Microsoft accounts.
