Nobody can hear me, solution?

Hi! I wanted to play Minecraft Labymod again today and activated VoiceChat. Now I've tried everything to be heard, but no one can hear me. I have a headset microphone that is actually pretty good, at least in Discord.

I would appreciate a helpful answer, thanks in advance!
