Often not all data of the program are deleted via Windows.

Thanks for your answers I have now uninstalled Minecraft again and deleted the Minecraft folder before that (before that I did either one or the other) and now I've lost my Worlds and Texture Packs but it does not matter
You could have saved your worlds. If you are lucky, you can restore the previous version of the folder (with the worlds), but only if you have made regular backups.
Which operating system do you have? Sometimes Windows 10 has its problems… And which launcher? The new or the old? If you mean the new then try the old times.
