I bought Minecraft on my Mac.
I've already installed it, but there's now a hard drive called Minecraft.
Since I've already installed Minecraft, I can eject it, right? Is it still important?
Yes, you can eject.
This is just a virtual installation disc, as is common on MacOS.
MacOS does something like that? Good to know
Yes, that's normal with MacOS. It creates, so to speak, a data carrier for installing programs. Comparable to earlier CD-ROMs only virtually.
Yes, they contain applications that can be moved directly to the app folder. There's hardly any real "installation".
This is a virtual hard disk, it is not physically there, it was only created for the installation. You can eject them with a right click.
Ok so a completely different way than with Windows. Well, Apple is probably a lot easier for that
A matter of opinion, but it is definitely much more stable and fluid. ^^
