I lost the map where I have an overview of the entire map. Can I get them back? If yes how?

You can craft them using the enchantment table, but it costs an emerald if I'm not mistaken
How do I do that
You can go to the world folder, then you should find something like this under the "data" folder:
For example, if your lost map had ID 0, then you have to copy "map_0.dat" and rename it so that no IDs are duplicated.
After that you have to restart Minecraft and create a new map, then you have to enter the command:
/ give @p filled_map {map: Enter the ID here}
