Minecraft 1.13 Editor?

I have the following problem: Although the 1.13er version has been out for a long time, there was still no update from MCEdit (due to the big changes). My question now is whether there's a program that works just as well as MCEdit for copying and pasting schematics (or in general). Possibly. Do you also know a Map Converter in which the commands etc. Are updated to the status of 1.13.

I do not know if that's true, but it seems to me somehow that MCEdit is never updated and is very outdated. Probably it is only meant for Minecraft 1.2.0 until today.
