In Minecraft Bedrock does the mouse move with you?

My problem is when I play and I look around, the cross moves but it keeps moving so it is not fixed Problem when I come to the second screen and then click the menu opens (the same happens when the mouse comes down to the taskbar because then it opens and the Minecraft menu opens again). Does someone like me "fix" the mouse in the middle while playing
