How to insert shader into minecraft 1.14?

Since the update in Minecraft there's no longer the button shader. I have read that it is now done on options and then on resource packages. If I open now on folder I can't insert the zip file. Hope you can understand my problem as I have explained.

Probably because you had Optifine before the update and have updated the Optifine profile of course, the Optifine is then gone but the profile is still the same but you see yes if you click ingame on options and then Video Settings must OptiFine on the bottom left
