I currently bought a self-made PC for gaming and other things on eBay classifieds a few years ago. The PC runs perfectly with games like Csgo, Minecraft, GTA or Fortnite. At Fortnite I have around 130 FPS with the lowest settings. But if I want to play more powerful games like Warzone, I only have 10 to 20 FPS. There I also set all settings to low, but it doesn't help.
My components:
Mainboard: Gigabyte GA-H81M-D2V
Processor: Intel i7
Graphics card: Nvidia GTX 770
RAM: 16GB
Desktop HDD: 930GB
Memory card SSD: 235GB
What should I buy new to improve my performance and performance?
Which CPU?
Processor?
You don't write what processor you have, but what it looks like is what the graphics card needs most. Maybe an AMD RX 580, which should be enough for the games mentioned. Depending on the processor, a GTX 1660 Super.

You can't increase your physical or mental performance if you waste your time shooting games.
CPU was not mentioned at all. I'm not surprised that you only get 10-20 FPS with such a graphics card in current games, that thing is ancient, what exactly did you expect there?
You can't convert people as moral apostles…
Of course it depends on which. An NVidia GTX 1660 Super should perhaps be in there.
Unfortunately you do not write anything about the CPU, so it is difficult to guess anything.
But if you go for your mainboard you have a CPU of the Haswell generation, with these CPUs an I3 should already be sufficient for CoD Warzone, your graphics card is also sufficient (each for the minimum requirements).
If you find a cheap I7-4xxx (4770 or 4790K) and a used GTX 970, then the game should run quite well on your computer. Both together should not cost more than 180, - €.
Alternatively, you could of course also switch to a modern platform, but this will be significantly more expensive due to RAM, mainboard, CPU and graphics card changes:

(I added the power supply, because you also have to pay attention to your power supply when upgrading. With the used components, the system should no longer consume as before, so that your old power supply can probably still be used. However, you should use one for the new components in the shopping cart Power supply have what can deliver 500W permanently and I do not know how good your old one is)
There are over 60 different versions.
This allows you to determine the exact one.
What i7? There are several different ones
