I can't play minecraft online on ps4?

I own a ps4 and 5 with PS Plus and like to play minecraft but whenever I want to play it online, minecraft always says that this does not have to be changed in my account settings, but if I want to fix this I can't access these settings then it says there (it looks like you don't own mincraft yet click here to buy)
