1500-1700 euro pc?

I'm getting a gaming pc that can cost around 1700 euro, aio doesn't have to be inside but it should be a ryzen prism cooler. The pc is important to me that I get at least 240 fps continuously on the lowest settings in fortnite, in minecraft I want about 600 fps with good graphics, can someone recommend something for the price?
