I bought the Minecraft Java Edition some time ago. But I heard that you can then get the Windows 10 Edition for free. So I wanted to ask how you do it then.
Simply log into the Minecraft website.
Then click on your account and it should be somewhere there.
(In my opinion the Bedrock Edition is not as good as the Java Edition)
Unfortunately you can no longer get the Bedrock Edition for free. Only went until spring 2020
