Minecraft character is not working properly?

I have the Ps4 version of Minecraft and have since today the problem that my character is slowed down for the most part I've already reinstalled the game 2x but has brought nothing I hope someone can help me.

I understand your question does not the game slow down the movement of the character or does the skin slow down the game?

The game is running normally only the character does not hold but also standard skins and the texture package had also been set to default then but this problem.
