Which version do you prefer, Minecraft Java or Bedrock edition.
I'm a big fan of the principle of clients like Badlion or Lunar, because you can easily add useful features.
I also find it more pleasant that you can replace your texture pack with the Java version without any problems.
Then the servers or players in the Java edition are better
I think Bedrock is a little better.
Clearly the Java edition.
In the Java edition is the correct minecraft version and in Bedrock the minecraft is also available on console / smartphone.
There are no servers on bedrock either, but there are on Java
I don't really care about the version fuss. The main thing is that the game is running.
That makes a difference whether you get Java or bedrock

Java is better
I wouldn't call it the "right" version, but rather the more mature version. E.g. The version with the more sophisticated server options.
