Is a UHD monitor worth it for me?

Seat distance is 1 meter, the size of the monitor should be 28 inches.

Would like to play with it and use the monitor as a second monitor, I already have a 144hz FHD monitor. Since some games like Minecraft go to 1080p in full screen, I want this one. A fake adapter would do the same thing.
