My minecraft launcher only starts on the 2nd monitor, all other programs start on the main monitor

In most cases, you slide the launcher onto the 1st monitor and then it should start again on the 1st monitor. You do this with every other window which should start on the first or on the second monitor.

My main monitor is also countersigned as a 2nd monitor
