My name is Felix and I'm 14 years old. I bought the Minecraft Java Edition from Amazon on December 30th, 2020 with the money I had saved and installed it step by step as described.
When I open the launcher and then click on play, a red "Mojang" window appears with the loading bar, the bar loads up to approx. 75% and then it's done. Then I can only press the X and then a window pops up and doesn't respond. Then I click on Close program, then a new window appears where it says, game crash, error: Exit Code 0
And now?
"Exit Code: 0" means that the code was successfully executed. To see the correct error message, do the following:
In the launcher, click on Settings> Open output log when Minecraft: Java Edition starts.
If it then crashes, check warn, error and fatal. The correct exit code is marked with a red background. If you then google for the code, you will find the solution.
