Strange white stripes in programs?

I noticed in two applications (Minecraft Java Launcher & Adobe Dimension) that "white stripes" appear around objects after 1 second. If I hover over with the mouse, they go away. But this is not a permanent solution because it doesn't look very good on white objects and it just bothers me.

Do you know a solution?

Sounds like a graphics card problem. The examples look like extremely sharpened.

I looked in the NVIDIA control panel and changed the option "Texture Filtering - Negative LOD Bias" from Allow to Clamp.
