I can't get Minecraft to start?

I got a Minecraft Java download code from Gamestop and tried it out immediately.

Launcher installed and the mail went off.

But when Minecraft started, it got no further than the Mojang loading screen.

Always came, (no feedback) ", but I don't know what to do.

Can someone maybe help me?

What kind of PC do you have? And how much RAM did you give Minecraft? Have you reinstalled the launcher or tried another version?

I have an AMD Phoenom IIx4 processor with a Geforce GTX 670 graphics card and 12 GB Ram (Win 10 64-bit).

Everything newly installed from front to back

See if there are any pending updates for your computer. Simply search in the "Windows Update" settings. Say if it works!

No updates. I'm up to date

Reinstalling launcher and checking for updates helped me.

Also try to update the graphics driver.

Graphics card already has the latest drivers and updates are not pending

Yes, the hardware is a bit older
