Minecraft Launcher no response?

The day before yesterday I was still playing Minecraft, but since last night I can no longer open the launcher… Whenever I open it, nothing happens and then it says "no response". I've tried everything. Reinstalled the launcher, Minecraft and Java itself. But I can also think that it is because I still have Windows 7 (yes, I know, but I will not get a new PC for Christmas so I no longer update). But otherwise I don't know what to do next
