Minecraft Launcher (no response) Minimum PC requirements?

I downloaded the mincraft launcher for my son or bought the game… I have the following problem

(I have absolutely no idea about the PC.)

Every time I start the ML, it loads for a long time, you don't see a picture and then there's no response…

The PC itself has the following properties

Graphics card: Intel (R) HD Graphics 510

Processors:

Intel (R) pentium R CPU G4400 @ 3.30 GHz 3.31 GHz

Installed RAM

4GB, 64bit

Is that enough to play minecraft?

What can I do?

Ps: I've already tried a few things using Google Search but nothing happens

Does the minecraft launcher not start at all or does it crash when you start the game?

So that should fit with the system requirements, right?

The ML starts but a black screen remains and nothing happens. It just shows no response after a while and then I'm forced to terminate the ML via the task manager…

What else can I do?
