Which is better to fight: high or rather lower DPI? I'm in the middle right now, would you recommend going up / down? What are you playing
The one you feel comfortable with? With MC you should rather use a faster resolution
Yes, but it does not help me if I'm worse with my current DPI than if I would switch. Maybe I always play with the "wrong" one.
First you have to find the one you feel most comfortable with
There's no wrong and right, but since I have been playing PvP in every area for over 6 years, my Dpi was between 1000-1400, some play on 2600 but that is clearly too fast for me, each mouse also weighs a lot different and you handle types find the right one
There's no real right or wrong, play with what you do best.
But what can be said, the lower the DPI, the more precisely / slower you can aim, but you need a lot more space on the mouse pad, for example, for a complete rotation. The result is actually logical ;-).
I was playing at 1700 DPI at the time, and I was pretty average. But then I bought a large mouse pad and really got used to a 500 (exactly 520) DPI to get into the low DPI range.
I have to say that I have become much more precise and unerring, I don't play a sniper, but I get along well with all other weapon types (except shotguns, I have no idea why). The advantage is that you are constantly moving with the mouse and can react much better to abrupt situations, at least in my opinion / experience. Accuracy is of course also one of the advantages compared to high DPIs.
But the best thing is, you play with what suits you best, and if you want to get used to a different DPI, you need time to get sensible again.
Thanks for the asterisk.
