Strange block borders Minecraft bug

Hello, for some time now I've had this bug where such red-blue-green lines appear. Every block that is more than 10 blocks away from me has these borders. Does anyone have a solution how to get these lines off?

If you have an NVIDIA graphics card, you have to select> Nvidia Control Panel> Adjust picture settings with preview> Let the 3d application decide.
