Minecraft scoreboard with individual points?

Hi. The question sounds confusing, I know. But that's easy. I want a point to be added to the scoreboard when, for example, Press on a pressure plate or press a button. Thus, a command block is activated, which adds a point in the scoreboard. So I'd like to know which command to use to create the scoreboard and how to add a point.

First give:

/ scoreboard players add [player] [target] [value]

/ scoreboard objective add [name of the criterion] minecraft: used.stone_pressure_plate

This only works in theory. I did not feel like launching Minecrfat in 1.13.2 and testing it.

Why still in the 1.8? I get along better with the 1.13.2, than with the 1.8.
