A friend and I wanted to buy a realm in Minecraft so that we could finally play together, stupid that he was playing the Switch version and I was playing the Java version. Is it possible to get the Windows 10 Edition somehow? I know that there used to be gift codes, but it didn't work for me back then. Do they still exist? Or is there another way? Maybe it is also worth buying the one even though it is only used for the realm?
So at minecraft.net you have to log in and click on edit or delete profile then you have to log in again and click on Gift Codes.
If the Windows 10 version is not displayed you will unfortunately have to buy it again…
