I got Ps + a while ago because everyone is raving about the benefits and I want to play games online with my friends.
However, it hasn't worked out quite as it should.
At the moment I really enjoy playing Star Wars Battlefront 2 and have also lowered the parental controls and age restrictions on my Playstation (all games can be played regardless of the age restriction).
However, I still get the message "Sorry, you are not eligible to participate in this activity. Error code 426" when I try to go online.
My Playstation shows that I'm online and I can join parties too. However, it doesn't work at the moment when we try to play with each other, be it by entering my friend's game or when he tries it on me.
This is the case with some other games, such as E.g. Minecraft is also the case, but so far I don't find it so serious.

If you play on a child account on the PC or the console account is linked to an EA child account, then the account authorizations are restricted. The age that must be reached in order to convert a child account to an adult account is 14 in Germany.
Unfortunately, I don't know why the whole thing is now also occurring in Minecraft, among other things, I would perhaps try to remove the child account if this is available and otherwise contact the support of https://help.ea.com and / or https://www.playstation.com%20%E2%80%BA%20de-ch%20%E2%80%BA%20support.
