Copy Minecraft Observer?

Does anyone know how to copy observer without activating it?

Mach // perf, there you can deactivate block updates, then they should not trigger when you insert them

In the creative mode it works with boxes with ctrl and mouse wheel vlt it works with observers too

The problem is if I then copy it and want to copy the .schem file to another world, that doesn't work even if I do / perf in this awelt…
