Why is the Minecraft bin empty?

I wanted to download mods in Minecraft but there's nothing in the .minecraft "Bin" folder.

Mods are usually put in the "mods" folder

But I need Forge and for that I need the bin folder

you have to install forge, open minecraft once with the forge profile, then close it again.

Enter% appdata% in the search, go to .minecraft and put the mods in the folder called "mods". Then start minecraft in the forge version.
