Hi, I want to finally be in the PC Master race. My problem is that I don't know enough about the specks to know what kind of PC I need or how much I should spend, I have a budget of 1300 euro. I need the PC for certain games like Minecraft with shader and mods, Gta 5 (6), Detroit become human, etc.

I also want to be able to edit things on the PC like Autocad or Photoshop, without which the PC is as loud as an airplane engine. If you could give tips such as Where to put the PC together and what should come in.
