You are installing Forge on Nitrado, the version you are offering now.

Now you get the exact Forge version which is also used in the mod pack you get here https://files.minecraftforge.net/...forge.net/ and really only from here download. Make sure that it is exactly the same version otherwise you will not come to the server later

If the server starts after that and creates a world, you're almost there.

Stop the server. Now you copy mods, config and scripts from your install Minecraft link to the server. Now you have to delete the client mods. Optifine, Journey Map, NEI, JEI, Inventory Tweaks, Mouse Tweaks e.g. Do not belong on the server.

Since the server with the performance just will not come afterwards. Look in the console if there's something with "server is x ticks behind". You can't do much but fly slower or get a better server.
