Minecraft white lines while playing?

When I play minecraft, there's sometimes a white line across half of the screen

I play on the 1.8.9 with a few fps and pvp mods

I have the AOC Gaming C24G1 monitor

Go to the graphics settings and turn on Vsync then it should no longer be like that
