Does anyone have a good idea for a Minecraft Modpack?

I would like to create, modify and "program" a modpack, but I have no ideas for a modpack, does anyone have an idea?

Make a mod that works without optifne, which supports water and makes the windows small or makes bigger,

The gibrs unfortunately not yet, that you can vary the windows, and water looks like water

I do not want to create a mod I want to create a modpack but I can't think of any idea what's special about the modpack.
