How can I use mods and shaders in Minecraft at the same time?

I wanted to ask how I can use Mods and Shader in Minecraft on the version 1.14.4 at the same time, thus in a profile.

Quite simply… Mods in the mods folder and shader in the shader folder?

That's what I did, but when I open Minecraft, there's no Seader to choose from

Do you have the right version and the shader as a zip and normal folder in it? Am net sure what you need
