Minecraft sneak problem?

I currently have the problem that when I want to sneak, I only mess around when I press and when I only press once, sneak is toggled. How can I fix that? Actually have not installed any mod to it

You have to change the options.txt somewhere at togglesneak or something

You can set btw gamma to 10 in options.txt, then you have full bright

As far as I know, switch toggle-sneak to hold-sneak for barrier-free access.
