Install Minecraft Mods (Twitch) - but only how?

I have already received help from someone else, but now I have contacted support at Curse Forge and have received no helpful response. Something from the Knowledge Base, 1. I don't know what that is and 2. I don't know what to do or where to click. I really want to have this mod and I tried to do it for a long time, but I didn't make it. If you know, please help me!
