I wanted to ask if there's a mod for Minecraft that automatically throws away certain items that you enter there. For example, cobblestone is simply not collected or thrown away again and again to leave space for important items
I do not know such a mod, but a good idea!
But also keep in mind that cobblestone can be crafted into bricks and thus serves as an important building material.
One way to avoid annoying cobblestone is to take Shulker boxes with you or a lava bucket.

I like your idea. What you want is safe. Do you have programming skills? Then you could easily write something like that yourself.
Search for Invcleaner, but mostly this is only included in a hack!

Unfortunately I have 0, so I ask here if there's such a thing. Otherwise I would probably have done it myself.
That's how I sometimes did it at first, but afterwards it was nothing for me because you always have to sort out here and there whenever you find items unexpectedly.
