I know how it is only I have no plan how to do it. That's why I'm asking how to add custom sound to custom npc mod

You can open the mod with 7Zip and insert your own audio.

Do I just have to rename the files in ogg files because the sound folders are only there off files and with mp4 does not work either

So with mp4 it will certainly not work because that is a video file. So yes, the files have to be .ogg and rename does not work.

Here you can pull in your audio files and convert them to .ogg. :

Yes Habs done now you have to program the Sounds.json file or something is quite complicated
