What is this PC good for? Can I play simple games with it?

Unfortunately I know 0% about it sorry. Can I play simple games like Minecraft (without shaders), Terraria, Gta san andreas, N64 Emulator (etc.) with this PC?

And if so, how long is it good for something?

A buddy offered me that for 200 euro because I needed one.

Graphics card: Sapphire AMD HD 7850 2GB GDDR5

HDD: 500GB

OS: Windows 10 Pro (not activated)

The games you have listed should run with it, but minecraft will be a bit steeper but still playable
