What minimum power should a pc have at least?

4 core processor (preferably 8 threads), 8GB RAM, graphics card GTX 1650 or RX 570 (preferably with 8GB VRAM), 128GB SSD + 1TB HDD.

Only for Minecraft a smaller graphics card is enough, but if you want to play with mod packs and better textures, it should be more.

What do you mean by battery life?

Every notebook has a rechargeable battery so that it can be put into operation and used without a power outlet. The duration you can use the notebook without a socket is the battery life. Roger that?
