How to find Minecraft Nether Fortress and Netherite?

How can I find both? Are diamonds better or netherite? And if I dig in the Nether, can I use torches to prevent Endermans from spawning or teleporting?

You just have to look for the nether fortress, run through the nether.

Metherites are better than diamonds. (They only appear from 1.16)

There are no enderms in the nether.

But in the Nether I had discovered even more Endermans than on the Overworld. If I walk through the Nether, I'll get lost.

Then of course that is interesting.
I mostly only play 1.8.x, so I'm used to it, maybe it's different with higher versions.

Then write down the coordinates of the portal.

Enderman has existed in the Nether since 1.10.
